What we collect
For the resource shop, Dodo Payments handles checkout information as merchant of record. PortaID receives the payment reference, product information, and the contact details Dodo shares so we can verify delivery and answer support requests. The download route receives the resource slug, requested filename, and payment reference.
What we do not do
We do not ask for card numbers in our site forms, sell customer data, or use resource purchases to build a lead list without permission. Private resource files are not stored under the public website directory.
Logs and retention
Payment and webhook logs are limited to operational details such as payment ID, event type, product mapping, and delivery errors. We keep them only as long as needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
